Tooth Extraction
Removing a tooth that cannot be saved, gently and with the socket preserved, so whatever replaces it has good bone to sit in.
We would rather save a tooth than remove one, and we will tell you when a root canal and a crown is the better spend. When it genuinely cannot be kept, we take it out atraumatically and usually place a graft in the socket the same day, which keeps the bone for a future implant.
