Dental Implants
A titanium post placed in the jaw, left to fuse, then a custom crown. The closest thing to having the tooth back.
We plan from a 3D scan, so we know the bone volume and where the nerve runs before the day rather than during it.
The quoted price covers placement through the final crown. Grafting, if the scan shows it is needed, is priced separately and quoted before you agree to anything.
What patients notice
- ✦Leaves the neighbouring teeth untouched
- ✦Stops the jawbone shrinking where the tooth was
- ✦Chews like a natural tooth
- ✦Planned from a 3D scan, not an estimate
Questions
How long does the whole thing take?+
Three to six months from placement to final crown, most of which is healing rather than appointments. A temporary tooth covers the gap in the meantime if it is visible.
Implant or bridge?+
An implant if the neighbouring teeth are healthy, because a bridge means cutting them down. A bridge if they already need crowns, or if the bone will not take an implant.
Safety & what to expect
Swelling and bruising for a few days is normal. Implants can fail to integrate, most often in smokers and in poorly controlled diabetes, and we go through your specific risk before booking.

Wisdom Tooth Removal
Removal of wisdom teeth that are impacted, decaying, or repeatedly infecting the gum around them, planned from a panoramic x-ray.
Tooth Extraction
Removing a tooth that cannot be saved, gently and with the socket preserved, so whatever replaces it has good bone to sit in.
Bone Grafting
Adding bone volume where a missing tooth has let the jaw shrink, so an implant has something solid to fuse to.
