A guard from us is scanned and lab-made to your bite. The drugstore boil-and-bite kind is soft, which can make clenching worse, and it does not last.

Will I be able to sleep with it in?+
Most people adjust inside a week. It should feel snug and not painful. If it is sore anywhere, come back and we adjust it, which takes minutes.
