One visit, about an hour, no insurance required
Nothing else is charged at a first visit unless you ask for it and agree to the number first. Anything we find gets written down with a price beside it, and you decide later.

- A photo IDAny government ID. We copy it once and never ask again.
- Your insurance cardThe physical card or a photo of both sides on your phone.
- A list of your medicationsIncluding anything for blood pressure, blood thinning, or bone density.
- Recent x-rays, if you have themTaken in the last year anywhere. We will use those rather than take new ones.
About your insurance card
We are in network with several PPO plans and we file the claim for you either way. We check your specific benefits before your first visit and tell you the number, not a range.
Put the carrier in the form and Marcus runs your benefits before you arrive, so the number you hear at the desk is the number, not an estimate. If you have no dental cover at all, say so and you get the posted price on this site with nothing added.

Wednesday runs to seven for people who cannot leave work, and one emergency slot is held open every weekday. Send the form outside these hours and it is waiting for us in the morning.
